How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’ll send you a follow-up email with the shipping details and tracking number. Please keep in mind that shipment tracking may take some time to reflect the delivery estimate and transit updates.

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package goes missing, please send an email to info@hIndostanarchive.com we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Ensure to provide the correct email during checkout to receive transit and delivery confirmations.
Do you provide repair services?
As a responsible, craft-focused brand, we're delighted to offer complimentary repair services for any items purchased directly from us. However, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to and from our facility.
Do you cover duties/taxes for international shipments?
For international shipments, we practice standard shipping for free worldwide, but the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to process an order?
Kindly allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. For ready-to-ship products, the processing time is often quicker, typically around 2-3 days.
