• Orders placed with partial COD
• Made-to-order pieces

Our pieces often include natural dyes, vintage kantha, hand-done embroidery, and other artisanal techniques. Slight variations, subtle discolourations, or minor imperfections are not defects but a hallmark of the handmade process, and should be embraced as part of the garment's story.

We offer a 5-day return and exchange window, starting from the moment your order is delivered to you. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Returns are processed only after our team has received and inspected the returned item

How refunds are issued

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund within 5 to 7 business days
• Refunds are issued for the original amount of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping and insurance where applicable
• Store credit, where issued, carries the original amount of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping and insurance where applicable

Exchanges

Exchanging an item

• If you would like to exchange an item, reach out within the 5-day window
• Once your return is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement item subject to stock availability

Our discretion

• For security reasons, we reserve the right to flag customers who make returns too frequently
• We reserve the right to reject any item that shows signs of being worn, washed, damaged, or otherwise not in its original condition, and may apply a handling or restocking assessment at our discretion
