NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items purchased on sale or with discount codes (excluding the “welcome” or “new arrival” discount), ordered in partial COD and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. 


Our pieces often include natural dyes, vintage kantha, hand-done embroidery, and other artisanal techniques. Slight variations, subtle discolorations, or minor imperfections are not defects but a hallmark of the handmade process and should be embraced as part of the garment’s story.



RETURN /EXCHANGE  WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

We offer a  5-day return/exchange window, starting from the moment your order is delivered to you.



CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE 

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • All  original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns are processed only after our team has received and inspected the returned item.



HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  2. Follow the Instructions: Our team will share the necessary steps and shipping details to proceed.




RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic (India): We cover return shipping labels.
International: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping charges.



REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be in the original amount as your purchase, minus the cost of shipping and insurance, if applicable. 

  • Store credits will be in the original amount as your purchase, minus the cost of shipping and insurance, if applicable.




EXCHANGES

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, reach out within the 14-day window

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll dispatch the replacement item subject to stock availability.


 

 

For our security, we have the right to flag any customers for making returns too frequently.

We reserve the right to reject any item that shows to be worn, washed, damaged, or not in its original condition, and may apply a handling or restocking assessment at our discretion.
