Refund policy

As a brand rooted in artisanal tradition and sustainability, we aim to ensure your experience with us is just as thoughtful.Please read our policy carefully before making a return or exchange.

 

RETURN/ EXCHANGE ITEMS

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• You received a defective or damaged item.

• You received an incorrect item.

• You wish to exchange your item for a different size.

  We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.

• Partial COD orders. 

• Minor variations in color caused by screen settings, photography, or lighting.

• Natural irregularities in handwoven, hand-dyed, block-printed, embroidered, or handcrafted textiles.

• Customized, altered, made-to-order, or personalized products.

• Items purchased during final sale, clearance, archive sale, or promotional events marked as non-returnable.

Our pieces often include natural dyes, vintage kantha, hand-done embroidery, and other artisanal techniques. Slight variations, subtle discolourations, or minor imperfections are not defects but a hallmark of the handmade process and should be embraced as part of the garment’s story.

RETURN /EXCHANGE  WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 5-day return/exchange window, starting from the moment your order is delivered to you. You must ship the return package within these 5 days. 

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCANGE 

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All  original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Returns are processed only after our team has received and inspected the returned item.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  2. Follow the Instructions: Our team will share the necessary steps and shipping details to proceed.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic (India): We cover return/exchange shipping labels.
International: Customers are responsible for covering return/exchange shipping charges.

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate your refund within 6–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Bank and payment processor timelines may vary.
