PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

‘Paako’ Linen Shorts combine a plain-woven linen-cotton fabric with Pakko hand embroidery along the border. The dense stitching brings texture and a distinctive craft detail to the clean black finish.

THE CRAFT

Pakko embroidery is a traditional hand-embroidery technique from Kutch, Gujarat. Its name comes from a Kutchi word meaning “solid” or “strong,” reflecting the technique’s dense, sturdy stitching.

WASH & CARE

Gently hand wash separately in cool water with a pH-neutral detergent, then air dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight, to preserve the richness of natural dyes. For maximum longevity, we also recommend dry cleaning.

A little character is normal. Natural dyes may have a slight scent and can release some colour when new. This is part of the nature of naturally dyed textiles.
