As a brand rooted in artisanal tradition and sustainability, we aim to ensure your experience with us is just as thoughtful.Please read our policy carefully before making a return or exchange.

 

NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items purchased on partial COD and sale/discount codes (excluding the “welcome” or “new arrival” discount) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Our pieces often include natural dyes, vintage kantha, hand-done embroidery, and other artisanal techniques. Slight variations, subtle discolourations, or minor imperfections are not defects but a hallmark of the handmade process and should be embraced as part of the garment’s story.

RETURN /EXCHANGE  WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

We offer a  5-day return/exchange window, starting from the moment your order is delivered to you. You must ship the return package within these 5-6 days. 

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCANGE 

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All  original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Returns are processed only after our team has received and inspected the returned item.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  2. Follow the Instructions: Our team will share the necessary steps and shipping details to proceed.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic (India): We cover return shipping labels.
International: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping charges.

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Bank and payment processor timelines may vary.

 

EXCHANGES

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, reach out within the 14-day window
  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll dispatch the replacement item subject to stock availability.
